THE PLAN

We see charging as the next big service business. For it to be successful, we need charging to be convenient, easy, and profitable. Our plan and strategy utilizes strategic data metrics to ensure the charging network of tomorrow will be seamless for drivers to use and access, as well as beneficial for those who want to install chargers.

The solution is to develop a DC fast charger infrastructure with a focus on

Phase 1

Phase 1 is meant to develop the foundation needed for the charging stations. During the pilot stage, charging stations will be quoted, researched, and acquired for test installation at currently on hand assets in the Mid-West. Charging stations will be purchased from entities who provide competitive quotes and compelling product offerings. Ideal case scenario calls for charging stations to be integrated at pre-established business, as well as ground up development of a station.

Locations for initial chargers are within the Chicagoland area and Indianapolis area. The creation of this charger array will allow for affiliates to travel in-between sites using EVs, while providing convenience and peace of mind. POS system will be piloted and tested with affiliates and external EV users to ensure reliability of payment and market reception to pricing model. Finally, a 3-month observation period will be used to ensure quality of charging infrastructure.

Phase 2

Phase 2 involves expanding the approved proof of concept from Phase 1, and actually developing out a network of chargers focused on working towards transcontinental travel. Large amounts of capital and leverage will need to be used to allow seamless and timely development of network. During this time, state and federal resources will be tapped for funding to reduce risks associated with expansion. Larger scale orders will need to be negotiated and placed with charger manufacturer to ensure adequate supply of equipment for installation along chosen routes. Real estate assets and contractor resources will be needed acquired for development, along with accompanying permits and drawings.

Phase 3

With Phase 3 the focus will be to build out the networks developed through Phase 1 and 2, the goal being to achieve intercontinental travel via EVs by providing a robust charger network. At minimum, the chosen region from previous phases will be expanded to allow seamless travel. Depending on availability of funds and market conditions, expansion into other regions can be explored during Phase 3 as well
